A new job just dropped.
One good thing about this job is that you get to state your rates. When I am feeling really vulnerable, I state $30 per 1000 words.
Ada Powers says that you should state nothing less than $100 per 1000 words if you have writing experience.
For months, I would listen to Ada and wonder if what she said was true but I never stopped listening to her. I was glad I did because as I honed my writing skills and learned the skillsets needed for freelancing, I began getting results.

State a rate that is more than $25 at least. Then send some samples of work that is related to the niche the company works in.
If you do not have a sample that fits their niche, then sit down and write one. Use a keyword to write it.
